Each order is issued a unique QR code that links to the job’s digital record: route, revision, in-process checkpoints, and downloadable QC reports. As parts move through cells, online production monitoring updates progress automatically, while inventory control and parts libraries reduce repeat set-up time and prevent wrong-rev builds. On dispatch, the same QR pulls courier tracking details for a single source of truth. The result is fewer manual touches, lower error rates, and faster, paper-light handovers between operations. Today, customers use the portal to follow orders in real time and retrieve documents on demand; going forward, we’re expanding dashboards (SPC, OEE), automated job sequencing, and tighter device integration to shorten lead time further and keep tolerances stable across shifts.
