Surface Grinding

Work envelope: up to 400 × 800 mm (Perfect surface grinder).

Accuracy: flatness/parallelism typically ≤ 3–5 µm (≤400 mm span) and ≤ 6–8 µm (up to 800 mm).

Surface finish: fine grinding to Ra ~0.2–0.4 µm (material & wheel dependent).

Stable process: wet grinding with flood coolant + precision magnetic chuck/fixtures for consistent hold.

Use cases: datum faces, die/fixture plates, post-EDM cleanup, and matched sets requiring tight parallelism.
